Nothing personal just thinking out loud.

Soon I came across many articles against the big companies and especially against the Chinese state.  They are responsible for air pollution and harm to humanity.   I have nothing against the free writing of people or journalists. But are they correct in their conclusions? Let's assume that every product produced by a large company is bought by the common man. Shouldn't we pay a little attention to our actions? Everyone purchases a Chinese-made product, such as a phone. This is true regardless of whether the product originates from an American or European company. Is it just a phone? For example, I know people who criticize wealthy corporations. Their actions show they replace their TV every few years because they want the latest model. Another sees that they are advertising the latest model fridge, but its design is nicer, and he decides to renew it even if it is a payoff, but he needs to be able to take a picture for social media in front of a good-looking fridge...

Is the holiday in Turkish Riviera Antalya worth it?

I am visiting Antalya for the first time. The plane ride took us three hours. We received a welcome at the airport. Of course, we had paid for the ultra-inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were offered to visit the restaurant to eat. The hotel's restaurant was actually open twenty-four hours a day. After we were accommodated, we toured the complex. Since it was late, we sat at the bar, which was open 24 hours. The hotel itself had several bars, a disco, and a restaurant next to the beach. You can eat at this beachside restaurant instead of going to the hotel when you're at the beach during the day. I noticed security on the beach, inside the hotel yard, and at the entrance itself. It was also twenty-four hours. Food in restaurants is plentiful. It gave me the impression that the alcohol was  legal. I thought that if I ordered a twelve-year whiskey, I would be served something worse. However, since I only ordered a single twelve-year whiskey, they provided me with what I needed....

Not everyone can win, there must be losers.

Investing in a utility company can provide a steady stream of income. Generally regulated, utility companies offer investors some stability and predictability. Utility companies often have strong balance sheets and generate a lot of cash flow, which can make them attractive investments. Utility companies can be a beneficial way to diversify a portfolio. There are many different types of utility companies, so investors can find one that fits their investment goals. But in reality, utility companies' revenues are predictable. Accept yourself as a regular payer. Assume that your neighbor is also a payer. Thus, all users of their services are payers. The company itself has the income and can afford the dividend. Another thing is that the stock market has a crisis. The company will always have these customers. This situation could be compared to a pandemic that wipes out people. Realistically speaking, you don't expect a sharp rise in the share price. But you can always expect it to...

In fact it's probably the most competitive industry in the world.

This message is intended for anyone who aspires to write books. In general, everyone has something to say to the world. To just write a book and have it as a trophy is not a challenge. But the moment you finish it, you think it's effortless. Why don't you keep going? I can do it. This process prompts you to consider the next step.  By the time you are ready to publish it, problems begin to arise. You consult someone, and they encourage you to move on to the next step. Now that you've already published it and are anticipating sales, you're questioning whether I wrote it so poorly. Do you dislike my story so much? Strangely, even acquaintances don't say anything to me. The disappointment begins. If you don't trust yourself, you'll likely give up. Well, I tried. But at night, you think of the second book and feel lost. You start getting interested in other authors on social media. But every new idea inspires you, and you go looking for another publisher again. ...

The Golden Pen Awards awarded the author Sezgin Ismailov

As I write in my books, every action or diligence pays off in time. I often didn't expect it but gladly accepted my reward.  The Gold Author in the self-improvement category is a wonderful honor for me. I regret that I was not present at the awards. However, the award was delivered to me. Thank you to those people or organizations that suggested me. Thanks to the organization that awarded me. Thanks for sending me the prize. This reward gives me an incentive to keep writing. By the end of the year, my third book will be published in English and German. I'm hoping to finish my fourth book in a few months. All the stories in my books start with proverbs about life that I have to come up with.  I have been reading books all my life. I have read so many books that I can't even recall the exact number. The newspaper featured a photo of me, a regular reader from the library. I have won awards as an athlete. I have participated in Mathematics Olympiads during my time as a student....

We experience a sense of belonging to something greater than ourselves when we assist others.

Yes, giving things is not a big secret; it feels quite good. You give, and you get some positive vibes. Why? There are several factors at play. First, you feel, like, connected. You help out; you're part of something bigger than just yourself. That's, like, important for feeling okay. Secondly, you express your values clearly. You give, and you're saying, "Yeah, this thing." It enables you to live your life according to your desires, which is crucial for feeling content. Ultimately, you stop focusing on your concerns. Concentrate on others' needs rather than your own challenges. A gift can be a significant boost to your mood, I believe. So, if you're down, just give someone something. It could potentially alleviate your distress. Who knows? Why It Makes You Happy, Supposedly: Like we said, giving makes you happy for, like, reasons. But what about it? Brain stuff. When you do something nice, your brain goes "dopamine!"—that "feel-good" c...

How to see challenges as opportunities: In today's world, it's easy to get bogged down by challenges and start to see them as insurmountable obstacles.
