 Recently, there has been a growing trend in Germany to consume black cumin and its oil. I have no idea about other countries. They are definitely crazy about him here in Germany. I visited quite a few sites to actually find out if this is the case. I read quite a few comments and articles. One article is described as the gold of the pharaohs. In others, it is written about him in the Bible and the Koran. There were quite a few comments on Amazon. I definitely know from my parents that everything in small quantities is useful. And if possible, use seasonal foods. Avoid consuming the same meal repeatedly throughout the day. I respect every herb. Because if the Lord created it, then it has a purpose in this world. At least to keep the balance.
