 This folk saying is very true. Looked at from many angles, eventually, the conclusions turn out to be true. Regardless, the consequences can affect many people. Our mood can greatly affect our thoughts and actions. That's why it is beneficial to plan activities that are meaningful to others, as this can help improve our mood. How? Psychologists say that looking at a fireplace or aquarium is enough to lift one's mood. Furthermore, seeing a smiling child can instantly put you in the mood.  Imagine that you are going to a job interview. Isn't it better to be in a good mood? You are going on a first date; isn't it better to present yourself as a positive person? Investing the accumulated savings of a year or two in the stock market can be risky due to the influence of your mood.
